Hi there!

If you are reading this, then it means our paths have crossed somewhere along my journey to creating GOOD in Education.

I am an education leader, social innovator, advocate and activist. I get into lots of GOOD TROUBLE as I fulfill my mission to unlock the magic in every child and to ignite the joy, passions and skills of those who serve them. I could not be more grateful to have found ‘My WHY’.

A proud Jamaican girl, with a unique combination of expertise and experience in the areas of teacher and leadership development, coaching, change management, conflict resolution and community development, I am honoured to be involved in this work of the HEART.

I began my career as a Special Education teacher and Principal at the elementary level. These were some of the best years of my life, as it was then that I began to hone my leadership practice and develop a keen sense of the inequities in Education. My life’s work has been about helping to transform schools, communities and school systems, by developing leaders to use their creativity and to lead with compassion in a sustainable ecosystem that supports all children.

Join me in the revolution!
